The other reason for the site is to draw attention to pancreatic cancer…. we will be linking arms with the local folks of Craig’s Cause Pancreatic Cancer Society and doing our part to raise awareness and funds to help change the current horrific status of this disease.

Below I will post Robert’s obituary in case anyone missed it, or wishes to be wrenched again by rereading it. Truly the most wonderful man I’ve ever known, he looked after his health and had regular check-ups. On June 24th, 2011 he walked into his doctor’s office a robust 51-year-old picture of health, and walked out with a diagnosis of stage 4 pancreatic cancer. He did his utmost to fight, accepting the newest 5-chemo-cocktail, but lived only five months more. Still unbelievable….
